Easter Egg Hunting

We go to the same Easter egg hunt every year. The girls had fun, but we were all tired when we got there. I think that we did more playing that hunting.

So i have some more pictures from when Holland was born. Mom and Dad had some fun hang out time with me and the girls. We meet them at The Peach Park in Clanton. It was soo much fun. There is a playground and a garden to walk through, a perfect place for us to hang out and visit for a couple hours. And of course we had some ice cream and took home some vegetables.

They had these huge horses that Grampy and the girls climbed on.

Easter party at school

Emma Kate had an Easter party at school that consisted of an Easter egg hunt, the Easter story, and riding scooters at a local skating rink.

Soccer

We finally signed up for our first organized sport...soccer! We were trying to sign Maddie up for a team that was being coached by two dads from our church, but the team was full. We did Emma Kate on a team though. The first game was an experience!!! The first play of the game EKS gets a line drive to the chest, tries to play it off but she can't. It knocks the breath out of her and she has to sit out for a while, but does eventually go in.

We made it back to the field and into the goal! I think that we will survive socer and maybe even play again next year!

YEAH Baby Holland is here!!

We have been waiting patiently...well maybe not soo patiently, maybe so excitedly!!! I am soo excited to have a new baby in the family that is not mine. I get all the perks and none of the tough stuff, it is awesome!!!

Of course her big cousins couldn't wait to get their hands on her!!!

Blake didn't get to go with us to see Holland when she was born so we went a week later so that he could see his new niece. I was amazed that she gained a pound in that first week. A whole pound!!!
